With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years in the apparel industry, Shashikala stands out as a seasoned professional in marketing, merchandising, and supply chain management. Her expertise lies in steering global operations, managing end-to-end supply chain functions, and driving brand growth through strategic leadership.
Over the years, she has held senior roles in the international fashion sector and is presently attached to Victoria’s Secret as a Senior Merchandiser, where she oversees complex supply chain networks, vendor collaborations, and product development. She has successfully led high-impact projects, including global expansion initiatives in Haiti, Bangladesh, and India, ensuring business continuity, operational excellence, and international market growth.

Ken is an esteemed figure with significant experience as a sports administrator and CEO with extensive leadership at local, national, and international levels, including major international events. Ken’s current endeavours include consulting focused on startup events, sports industry product development, foundation management, strategic planning, corporate governance, and commercial and product development for sporting organizations, sponsorship acquisition, venue agreements, and government liaison.
Ken was recognized for his significant contributions to social inclusion and advocacy through the award of a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM). Ken is a steadfast advocate for championing social causes. Ken has experience in consulting to companies integrating business, sport, and community programs.

Johann has had the privilege of collaborating with numerous esteemed individuals from the International Cricket Council (ICC), Cricket Australia (CA), Sri Lanka Cricket, Cricket Victoria, and the Avalon International Air Show. His adeptness at managing projects within multicultural environments and his ability to seamlessly coordinate with various international organizations, alongside television and radio broadcasting entities, have garnered him the accolade of ‘Multicultural Sports and Community Leader.’
